Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 small sweet potato, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Directions
- Throw excess juice off the grated potatoes & onion. Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil & fry till crisp & golden.
- Drain well on absorbent paper.
- Serve with cinnamon & sugar.
