Ingredients
- ¼lb butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecan nuts
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add the other ingredients.
- Roll into 20 balls.
- Bake on greased and floured pan at 180°C for 30 minutes until pale golden.
- Whilst still warm roll in icing sugar. Repeat again when cold.
- Serve in paper cups.
