Pecan Puffins

Ingredients

  • ¼lb butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecan nuts
  • Pinch salt

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add the other ingredients.
  2. Roll into 20 balls.
  3. Bake on greased and floured pan at 180°C for 30 minutes until pale golden.
  4. Whilst still warm roll in icing sugar. Repeat again when cold.
  5. Serve in paper cups.
