Favorite Kitchen Tool: The tool that I use the most is a great peeler. I use it mostly for peeling hard cheese for salads.

Favorite Travel Destination: Athens Greece.  I had the opportunity as Executive Chef to run the USA House in Athens during the last Olympic games with a great team of American chefs, some of the best in the country.

Biggest Influence: They are friends and clients.  Ed Wilson, President of Fox Syndications,  Kevin Reilly, Entertainment President at Fox and Erik Sprunk, VP of Nike Global Footwear.  Each have showed me that everything that is imaginable is attainable.
